I had a mixed experience at Lisland Rainforest Resort. The location is convenient for my business needs, but the guest room conditions were disappointing. the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was inadequate. I appreciated the pool area and the ambiance, but I've noticed a decline in service quality since the change in management.

However, the guest rooms left much to be desired, with uncomfortable beds and less-than-great maintenance. My experiences with insect issues in the past didn't help the overall impression, either. While the pool area was nice, the overall service hasn't met my expectations during my visits.
